Ingredients:
For the crust:
- 250g flour
- 125g salted butter
- 3 tablespoon water
For the filling:
- 4 tablespoon flour
- 50 g butter
- 500mL milk
- mushrooms
- garlic
- 125g cheese
Recipe:
Sauté the mushrooms with plenty of garlic.
Prepare a cheesy bechamel.
Prepare a pate brisée.
Add cheese (125g)
Leave in the oven at 200°C.
