    Discover my grandma’s mushroom pie recipe!

    Ingredients:

    For the crust:

    • 250g flour
    • 125g salted butter
    • 3 tablespoon water

    For the filling:

    • 4 tablespoon flour
    • 50 g butter
    • 500mL milk
    • mushrooms
    • garlic
    • 125g cheese

    Recipe:

    Sauté the mushrooms with plenty of garlic.

    Prepare a cheesy bechamel.

    Prepare a pate brisée.

    Add cheese (125g)

    Leave in the oven at 200°C.
