Ingredients:
For the crust:
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g ground almonds or hazelnuts
- 170g salted butter
- 150g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 50g flour
Recipe:
Melt the chocolate and the butter together.
Mix the rest in.
Cook at 210°C for 15 to 17 min
Only the sides must rise, not the center, that must stay gooey.
